Interessen: Dipl. Psych., Professorin für Psychologische und medizinische Integrations- und Migrationsforschung an der Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin. Leiterin des Zentrums für Interkulturelle Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie (ZIPP) und Wissenschaftlerin am Berlin Institute for Integration and Migration Research (BIM) an der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Analytische Ausbildung bei der Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Psychoanalyse und Psychotherapie Berlin e.V. (APB) und gruppenanalytische Ausbildung am Seminar für Gruppenanalyse Zürich (SGAZ). Forschungsschwerpunkte sind Migration und (psychische) Gesundheit, medizinische Geisteswissenschaften, Transkulturalität, Psychotherapie mit Sprach- und Kulturinterpreten sowie Ethnopsychoanalyse.
