Interests: Mazda Adli’s research is focused on the treatment and prevention of affective disorders. These include mood disorders such as depression or biopolar disorder. Therapy-resistant depression is of particular importance in Mazda Adli’s research. He has made a significant contribution to the development of treatment strategies by investigating lithium therapy as a function of genetic and neurobiological influences. In addition, Mazda Adli has investigated the use of therapy algorithms to improve depression treatment.
